Jessica, Thank you for having us. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It has been relaxing. We (2 couples) stayed for 10 nights from end of February to early March. Given this is our first time in Costa Rica for 5 weeks in total, we probably could have stayed just one week in Uvita area.Property has AC unit in each bedroom and ceiling fans in open living/kitchen area. The pool is nice, but needs a little freshening up (peeling tiles and paint). Pool filter doesn't quite keep up with insects and leaves falling in pool. Gardens are beautiful and thoroughly enjoyed sitting out listening and seeing the abundant birds and wildlife. Jessica is a welcoming and helpful host and quick to respond and offering assistance, even providing a reference to local car rental. We thought we could do without a car for part of our trip, but soon realized you need one (4x4 best) to climb the steep and rough roads. I don't think you can rely on Uber or taxis to take you so high to the property.
