About this cottage rental
"La Picarde" is a 70m² detached house, all on one level (a few steps at the entrance). It has two bedrooms (sleeping four independently) and one bathroom.
Ground floor: Entrance hall, living/dining room with TV (80cm), sofa bed (140x190cm), refrigerator/freezer, kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, etc.).
Two bedrooms (one with a 90x200cm bed, the other with two 90x200cm beds), private bathroom (shower 1.10m x 0.80m) with toilet.
Outdoor laundry room (washing machine).
50m² enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and electric barbecue.
Street parking and public parking are available.
The beds are made upon your arrival, and linens and towels are included, as well as utilities and end-of-stay cleaning. Fiber optic/Wi-Fi internet is available. Located between Normandy and the Oise region, "La Picarde" is situated on one of the main streets of Formerie, a town where you will find all amenities (supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, brasserie, pizza vending machines, etc.).
