I spent 2 weeks in this Villa in August 2018.
The location was amazing; very close to the beach.
The kitchen was well equipped. The swimming pool and the garden were beautiful.
The villa facilities were not checked though; after arrival, almost half of the lamps were broken and when asked for repairment, the owner asked me to replace them myself. The swimming pool has not been cleaned as well, for the period of two weeks that we stayed there. Again the owner asked me to clean it myself using the vacuum robot.
The real downside was that there was no air condition and nothing was considered for the heat and humidity; no ceiling/desk fans, no curtains to block the windows from the sunlight and mosquitoes. There were lots of mosquitos outside and we had to open the windows to cool down at night especially at the upper floor, but we have had to pay the price by being bitten by mosquitoes a lot!
