The property has direct water access for kayaks and swimming, with the local beach on the adjacent parcel and a hot tub for the winter time. Property features large living room, dining area, sun room and study with a desk and sofa. The home is located 15-min to dining and shopping at Lee, 30-min to Great Barrington, 25-min to Tanglewood, and 30-min to skiing at Butternut.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air conditioning: There's a total of 6 stand-alone units. There is one in each of the four bedrooms, one in the living-room and one in the loft area. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Water Feature: There is no life guard for the lake. Swimming is at your own risk.
Pets: We're happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren't permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.

Our extended family stayed for a long weekend to catch up with each other and make the most of summer in the Berkshires. This property did not disappoint! It was clean, had nice furnishings, a nice hot tub, a great deck, plenty of room for large family dinners and games, and paddle boards and kayaks to use too. The neighborhood is quiet, and this property is next door to the beach. The lake itself is very clean and even though the weather was perfect we felt like we had the whole lake to ourselves! The owners were very responsive and the check-in and check-out processes were both very easy. We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, but in reality we were close enough to Lee that instacart delivered groceries, or we could go to shops etc if the weather had been iffy. We all had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Celebrated a birthday with a group of old friends. Great location near Lee. Enjoyed the lake views. Fires inside and outside. Home is well decorated and clean.
