You’ll enjoy the main section with its spacious living area and view of the pool. You’ll also appreciate the four bedrooms, each with its own shower room—one of which features three children’s beds and a full bathroom. An utility kitchen, a separate restroom, and a game room round out this section.

Outside, you can enjoy the guest house with one separate bedroom and its own shower room.

In the garden, lounge chairs will allow you to fully enjoy the pleasant setting of this villa. A dining area on the terrace with a plancha grill will provide a magnificent backdrop for your evenings.

To reach the villa, you’ll need to take the roads of Cap Ferret by car, on foot, or by bike. Its proximity to the Bassin beaches (300 m) and the ocean (200 m) is a delight for young and old alike.

During the week, additional cleaning services may be provided at the tenant’s expense. For each additional week, we’ll arrange and cover the cost of cleaning. This will, of course, include a change of linens.
