Excellent place to stay with a large group of people! The only feedback we received was that the mattresses were definitely a little used and very soft. Other than that, great spot with no complaints!!!

We booked this house for a golf trip celebrating a friend’s 71st birthday, eight of us total, and it could not have gone better. The property is genuinely one of a kind. Historic, full of character, and so spacious it almost felt endless, room after room. With eight people, having a private room for everyone made a huge difference in how relaxed the trip felt.Cleanliness was excellent. Everything was spotless and well kept, no second-guessing the bedding or the bathrooms. The host was responsive and kind throughout, and we had zero issues from check-in to check-out.If you’re traveling with a group, this is a hard place to beat. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back.

David was wonderful! An exceptional long weekend for myself and 7 golf buddies, top ranking in all aspects, wish we were still there!David was unbelievably communicative, the place was spacious, clean and all we could ask for. Thank you, we hope to stay again

Overall we enjoyed the property very much...very expansive home with an old-south feel. Perfect layout for 8 golf guys...kitchen was great to cook in...the house offers plenty of room to spread out. Only disappointments were the pool and hot tub were not cleaned and usable until our next to last day and we still could not figure out how to use the hot tub. The gas grill was unusable due to rusted out grates...the poker table in the listing was nowhere to be found. But the house is in a beautiful part of Pinehurst and close to all amenities needed.
