Relax in this peaceful 3bd, 2ba, 2nd story condo near Clemson & Lake Keowee. The community offers a daily boat slip available on a first come basis. Guests are welcome to use the community pool. Grill out on the front porch and end your evening with a beautiful sunset! 11 miles from Clemson. Lake Hartwell, Jocassee and hiking all nearby.
The space
Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator (ice maker),Keurig, electric tea kettle and coffee pot. Propane grill on the front patio.
Both indoor and outdoor dining tables.
3 Smart-TVs
Master has King bed, TV, dresser, large closet, master bath with garden tub.
2 guest rooms have queen beds, large closets, 1 dresser each. Ceiling fans in all rooms and 3 individual fans provided.
Washer and Dryer provided for your convenience.
Linens are provided as well as towels.
***please note: there are steps to enter the condo AND to access the Lake / boat slip
*Clemson is only 11 miles away, making this the perfect spot to stay for game day
*Warpath Landing boat ramp is 1.5 miles away
*Lake access and deep-water boat slips 0.5 miles away. You can swim from the floating dock. Parking in the Harbor View lot and use the steps to access.
*Lake Keowee Lighthouse Restaurant and Cabana 4.2 miles away
*Lake Hartwell and Jocassee are within 30 min. ** Hartwell is a very large lake. This is going to be parks around Clemson.**
*Plenty of hiking and waterfalls nearby.
*If you enjoy climbing, projectROCK is 25 min away. This is one of the tallest climbing gyms in America.

The Summer lake view is minimal. It is slightly better during the winter. You can't beat the mountain views though.

Spent 3 night with husband, father and daughter for sons graduation from Clemson. Condo provided ample space for all of us. Clean and very well appointed. Bedding and furniture were beyond expectations making for a very comfortable stay. Excellent communication before and during our stay.

The condo was just as described. Very clean with everything we needed. The owners even left us a surprise treat. Great location- 20 minutes from downtown Clemson. Would stay here again.

We came to watch the first Clemson football home game. It was a perfect location The house met our needs and for bonushas a beautiful mountain view off the patio. We enjoyed our stay
