FEES:
• Cleaning Fee: Includes up to 6 guests; $35 per additional guest per night
• Pet Deposit: $100 per dog (refundable at owner’s discretion)

• No loud music, parties, or events. There are several exterior cameras on the property
• Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM
• No large groups unless pre-approved
• Property is intended for family and friends only
• Per VRBO policy, disruptive gatherings are prohibited, regardless of size
• Absolutely NO bachelor or bachelorette groups
• Guest count may not exceed the number booked
