This rare riverfront property allows you to fully embrace Montana living while remaining centrally located—just minutes from shopping, dining, and the Canadian border. Close to 3 ski lodges: Whitefish, Blacktail & Fernie.

• Downstairs (private door access, no steps)

FEES:

HOUSE RULES:(STRICTLY ENFORCED)
• No loud music, parties, or events. There are several exterior cameras on the property
• Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM
• No large groups unless pre-approved
• Property is intended for family and friends only
• Per VRBO policy, disruptive gatherings are prohibited, regardless of size
• Absolutely NO bachelor or bachelorette groups
• Guest count may not exceed the number booked

Fantastic rental! We enjoyed the hot tub, eating our meals al fresco, a refreshing dip in the river after sauna, smores, and the gorgeous views. The house has everything you need for a proper getaway.

This is a beautiful property! The house is spacious but still feels cozy. The kitchen was well stocked (including tons of spices). Beds were comfortable. Our kids spent hours at the swimming hole in the river. Owners were attentive but not hovering. We loved our stay and highly recommend.

The overall quality of our stay was superb. The appointments in the kitchen were well thought out.The outdoor amenity area was excellent. The outdoor bbq was over the top, and the hot tub and sauna added to the quality of our stay. The owner was receptive to the few requests we had and resolved them quickly.
