- A beautiful living room welcomes you, divided into two areas: a lounge with a sofa bed and smart TV, and a dining area for four people.
- This room opens onto the famous terrace, where you can enjoy a lovely sea view.
- The kitchen is modern, separate, and fully equipped (including a dishwasher).
- The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160cm), a dressing area, and an en-suite shower room.
- Separate toilets complete the space.

After a short stroll down your street, Rue Esprit Violet, you can, in just a few minutes on foot:
- Reach Place de l'Étang to dine at one of the famous restaurants there
- Access all the beaches on the Mouré Rouge side
- Wander along the Croisette and visit L'Écrin or Bijou Plage for a fine beachfront meal
And within less than seven minutes by car:
- Reach the Palais des Festivals
- Take the train to explore the French Riviera
- Discover the city center on foot

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
