Casa El Vila 61 is a captivating holiday villa set between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa

Casa El Vila 61 is a stunning Mediterranean villa which is guaranteed to impress. It has five bedroom, four bathrooms, a guest toilet, a swimming pool, incredible views, and a convenient location, 5 minutes by car from the historic old town of Pollensa and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa.
The villa enjoys a unique elevated position offering amazing views of Pollensa Bay and the countryside, which combined with its dramatic mountain backdrop of the Serra de Tramuntana, make it the ideal destination for small families, groups of friends or cyclists.
Inside, the villa has been beautifully renovated with bright interiors, chic décor and modern elements blended with traditional features such as high, wood beamed ceilings.
On the main level there is a comfortable living room with a fireplace for the cooler months, a television, and plenty of comfortable seating where you can relax. There is a bright dining area with access to the terrace, and there is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar where you can have a coffee whilst chatting to the chef!
This level also has three bedrooms and two bathrooms: The master bedroom has twin beds which are individually adjustable, and an en suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a bathroom.
The lower level of the villa contains a guest apartment which has a living room, two single bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also enjoys wonderful views and independent access to the pool area.
Outside there is a tropical feel with mature native plants and palm trees. You can savour the Mediterranean atmosphere on any of the spacious terraces which are equipped with sofa seating, and dining tables and chairs for alfresco dining, plus there is a luxurious swimming pool with a sunbathing area and loungers. From here you can relish the outstanding, uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains. Additionally, and now available as a new feature, there is a brand new sauna to enjoy!

We loved the commanding views over the bay and countryside and the welcoming gentle breeze.
The magnificent pool is large and has 3 levels of depth. The delightful garden is well equipped with multiple sun loungers and outdoor shower.
The kitchen is extremely well designed and has multiples of anything you need.
Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are so well appointed.
Coralie who welcomed us on arrival (it was late!) couldn’t have been more helpful.
We really appreciated the welcome pack left for us, as it was late and we had no chance to get provisions ourselves.
Coralie is a gem. She even found an item my son had mislaid and posted it on.
The girls in the office were so helpful and very prompt with all replies. I would highly recommend ‘Balearic Villa’s’
Nothing to improve on this property. If I was to be picky I’d say stripes in the pool to indicate level drops. I managed to hit my shins a couple of times. Only my pride was wounded!
Also the road up to the property is quite bumpy.
This is not a villa for young children. The youngest in our party was 16 so it was perfect.

This stunning villa is even better than depicted in the photos! It is perfect for a family as there is plenty of space inside and out and the kitchen has every amenity imaginable. We loved the pool and the spacious terrace as well as the panoramic views to the mountains and Pollensa bay. We are a family of four so we did not use the extra space on the lower ground floor as there was ample space (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) on the ground floor. The living areas are comfortable and light-filled - just lovely!
We had a wonderful holiday which was enhanced by the great communication and information provided before and during our trip by the villa owner, the lovely house manager and Balearic Villas. Thank you!
