Casa El Vila 61 is a stunning Mediterranean villa in El Vilar, guaranteed to impress from the moment you arrive. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a guest WC, a swimming pool and sweeping views, it enjoys a genuinely convenient location, just five minutes by car from Pollensa's historic old town and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa.
The villa's elevated position offers remarkable views over Pollensa Bay and the surrounding countryside, framed by the dramatic backdrop of the Serra de Tramuntana, making it a natural fit for small families, groups of friends or cyclists exploring the area.
Inside, the villa has been beautifully renovated, pairing bright, contemporary interiors and chic décor with traditional touches such as high, wood-beamed ceilings. The main level features a comfortable living room with a fireplace for cooler evenings, a television and generous seating, alongside a bright dining area opening onto the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, perfect for a relaxed coffee while chatting with the chef. This level also houses three bedrooms and two bathrooms: the master bedroom features individually adjustable twin beds and an en suite bathroom, while two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a bathroom.
The lower level offers a self-contained guest apartment, complete with its own living room, two single bedrooms and two bathrooms, enjoying equally impressive views and independent access to the pool area.

We loved the commanding views over the bay and countryside and the welcoming gentle breeze.
The magnificent pool is large and has 3 levels of depth. The delightful garden is well equipped with multiple sun loungers and outdoor shower.
The kitchen is extremely well designed and has multiples of anything you need.
Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are so well appointed.
Coralie who welcomed us on arrival (it was late!) couldn’t have been more helpful.
We really appreciated the welcome pack left for us, as it was late and we had no chance to get provisions ourselves.
Coralie is a gem. She even found an item my son had mislaid and posted it on.
The girls in the office were so helpful and very prompt with all replies. I would highly recommend ‘Balearic Villa’s’
Nothing to improve on this property. If I was to be picky I’d say stripes in the pool to indicate level drops. I managed to hit my shins a couple of times. Only my pride was wounded!
Also the road up to the property is quite bumpy.
This is not a villa for young children. The youngest in our party was 16 so it was perfect.

This stunning villa is even better than depicted in the photos! It is perfect for a family as there is plenty of space inside and out and the kitchen has every amenity imaginable. We loved the pool and the spacious terrace as well as the panoramic views to the mountains and Pollensa bay. We are a family of four so we did not use the extra space on the lower ground floor as there was ample space (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) on the ground floor. The living areas are comfortable and light-filled - just lovely!
We had a wonderful holiday which was enhanced by the great communication and information provided before and during our trip by the villa owner, the lovely house manager and Balearic Villas. Thank you!
