About this apartment rental
The guest complex sits in a woody area away from the noise of the street. It is a very quiet and secluded space. There are two queen bedrooms with their own private bathroom. Must climb 17 steps to reach the apartment. Heat and air unit available with separate smart televisions. The common area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a bar and table. The outside area is equipped with a grill and picnic tables. The Oaktree provide ongoing shade for sitting and tables for eating as well. There is a driving trail that leads to the back of the property that can be used for walking during the morning hours. Free parking on the property.
The apartment is located 5 minutes from Applebee's and other restaurants. Uber Eats and Door Dash service the area. The gym is 5 minutes away. It is safe to walk or jog in the neighborhood as well. Bike riding is safe also.

I found the guest house to be exceptionally clean and well-organized. Upon arrival, the pleasant aroma was immediately noticeable. While the overall experience was positive, it's worth noting that the air conditioners could benefit from some additional cleaning. The hot tub in the description is deceiving as there isnt a hot tub. Pool was very nice, had a diving board and it was up to 10 feet deep. Was extemely cold though as its March lol. Nevertheless, the beds were comfortable, and the TVs were fully functional. The location is not the best at all. Neighborhood is very beautiful but not the city. Albany is the worst place ive ever stayed in, 0/10 would not stay in this city ever again. If youre looking to hand wash your vehicle there is basically nothing around the area. However we all enjoyed the stay and would stay again.
