Cleanliness and all things of use were available
I think we like everything .. probably just a small thing which is not critical is about curtains .. so when you pull them down you have to go up and manually wind again.. may be change to regular curation like in hall .

the apartment boasts beautiful view from balcony of the titwangsa mountain range! water in bathroom was strong and warm we had pleasent showers. beds were firm and good to sleep in. TV was good and had Netflix. Apartment was also clean, had fans as weather is cool to not need AC units. We felt very safe in the area as security was quite tight. Overall the place met our basic needs.
the apartment's wifi went dead while we were watching Netflix! and as the area's telco signals were poor, it was quite hard for us to use our phones to get on internet and to text family and friends! the apartment's wifi stayed dead throughout our stay thereinafter till we checked out next morning! bed comforters and towels smelt like it was washed without soap. panel wood at bottom of kitchen cabinet under sink fell and looked like it was rotten.
