The neighbourhood was very nice. Close to many different amenities. We were at a swim meet at kinsmen centre and it was a short drive away.
The oven did not work, stove top worked fine. There were lots of bugs and spiders in the basement suite. Most of the window screens were torn, so bugs could come and go. The tenant upstairs must be a shift worker and could be heard walking and using the bathroom at all hours. We found dirty dishes, so washed all of the dishes before using them. Also, the upstairs tenant had access to the basement suite due to shared laundry facilities. We were unable to lock one of the rooms, because the key was missing. This wasn’t an issue, but I didn’t know it was a shared space. There was also an interior camera, although it seemed to not be plugged in, so I’m not sure why it was there.
