We visited as a family and we found it to be very safe and well maintained, hosts and staff members are very friendly and were always available whenever we needed any help. Beautiful surroundings and sunrise view from balcony. They also provided extra blankets when we had asked as we came unprepared for the chilly weather, house was also very large and absolutely amazing

We had a lovely stay at the property, the views were simply amazing. The caretaker was always present for anything we needed and for local recommendations. It had everything what we needed for a relaxing stay. It also had a large balcony and a very quiet surrounding. It also had all the amenities you could need. It is aesthetically done and very well maintained. It also had a kitchen so we decided to cook on our own but we ordered dinner as they provided homemade good quality food. Will stay again for sure, overall it was a perfect stay.

We recently stayed at this villa, and overall the experience was decent, but not exactly what we expected from the photos online. The ambience around the villa was actually really nice — the garden, plants, flowers, and outdoor seating areas were all very well maintained and added to the vibe of the place. The food was also really good. They provided complimentary breakfast for two days, and we genuinely enjoyed it.

However, the villa itself did not feel very well maintained. It looked much better in the pictures than in reality. The property felt quite old, and in several places the paint and walls were worn out or peeling, which made the stay feel less comfortable than expected. Another thing we noticed was that several amenities shown in the photos were either unavailable or not functioning during our stay. For example, gas stoves and indoor games/facilities shown in the listing were not properly available. We understand that there may have been a gas issue, but when certain amenities are advertised in photos, guests naturally expect them to be accessible during the stay. The staff was generally okay, but one interaction felt disappointing. We had asked for two glasses of hot water, and instead of helping us, we were told to use the kettle in the kitchen and boil it ourselves since water bottles had already been provided. It may seem like a small thing, but as guests, we expected slightly better hospitality and found the response a bit rude. There was also a bonfire area available, but it was charged separately for ₹800, which personally did not feel worth it, so we chose not to take it.
