Apartments Miljas 1

Aivan ihana tunnelmallinen piha, kauniisti hoidettu terassi, allasalue ja puutarha. Kiva pihakeittiön mistä sai jäitä juomiin. Omistajat ovat ystävällisiä ja jos tuli eteen ongelmia, niin avun sai aina alle minuutissa. Ihanan rauhallinen majoitus missä oli hyvä nukkua. Siistiä. Pidin myös siitä, että hiljaisuudesta pidettiin kiinni eikä pihalla ollut meteliä iltaisin. Sijainti on ihan hyvä, lähellä satamaa. Kävellen pääset rantaan mutta myös keskustaan. Bussitkin kulkee hyvin ja bussiasema on lähellä. Lähellä muutama ravintola, mutta enemmän niitä löytyy sataman toiselta puolelta.

Huone on aika vanha ja pimeä, meille sattui myös alakerroksen pimeä huone, jossa ikkunat vähän tylsään suuntaan (niistä näkyi vain puun lehdet ja pyykkinaru). Vessa on melko pieni. Sängyn toinen reuna natisi ikävästi. Jos huone ja erityisesti sen näkymä olisivat olleet paremmat, niin arvio olisi ollut 9.

I loved this property, from the minute we walked through the gate. It is soo pretty. It is nestled in a lane way of steps and you are transported back in time. I loved the pool, the seating areas and the outdoor kitchen with the ice maker! The property is located near the port with lots of lovely restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. It was lovely to go for a meal and then walk back to the apartment. It is in a quiet enough area, when the hustle and bustle of the Old City becomes too much. Very close to the main bus terminal too. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A lot of attention to detail on what a guest might need. You thought it, it was there. We will be back!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like!

Easy to find and close to ferry for next morning.

Fairly basic for the money, no water, tea or milk provided for morning cuppa. Kitchen items dusty.

The outdoor facilities, swimming pool, kitchen, tables were amazing. The room inside is actually a lot smaller than what it looks like in the pictures but is comfortable and good enough for a couple of nights.

Everything was perfect until one afternoon my wife and I were having a romantic dinner in one of the terraces ( no one else was outside) with a nice email, wine and a soft music I. The background and it was perfect UNTIL the owner of the property was passing by and said to us to switch the music off. It was only 7:30, with no one else around and it was a low volume - if you were 5m away you wouldn’t hear it. I found this very strange but I put the volume even lower as we were enjoying the chilled music. Long story short he came back very aggressive to tell me into my face to switch it off, his house, his country, his rules. I found this to very very RUDE and I thought he was very close to punch me. Such a rude person for something very insignificant. Obviously if he doesn’t want people don’t rent the place eh!!!
