The location is perfect within easy stroll to beach.
The apartment was clean and spacious with 2 good balconies off of 1 bedroom and the lounge.
It was secure with a nice garden. The price was reasonable for what we had.
The staff that run the building were polite enough but I didn't really interact with them. The pool area was due to have a makeover before my stay but was delayed so I could have a peaceful stay. I think because of this the pool itself wasn't maintained causing the water to be murky and put me off using it. Once the refurbishment is done I would imagine it to be a pleasant peaceful relaxing space.

Excellent location, the host, Jose Francisco, is very helpful, answering to all your needs.
The flat is located just 10 mins. walk to the beach and to the "Ole" supermarket, also at 10 mins. drive to the "Las Americas" Airport.
