Swimming pool, staff of restaurant and bar

Very rude reception staff with permanently sour faces. Unhelpful and impolite. We waited two days for the door lock to be fixed and every day we were told “tomorrow.” We stayed in the room the whole time, no one came, and then the staff lied saying they had been there. A deposit was taken from us, which was not mentioned anywhere. We were not prepared for this. Then we had to go through an inspection to check whether we had stolen a glass or a fork. Everything was done in a very unpleasant atmosphere. Room cleaning only consisted of washing the floor; the bathroom was not cleaned for a whole week. For a week we also had to use the same towels because they were not replaced! At these temperatures, this was a serious problem. At the pool, the sun loungers had no cushions and were uncomfortable. The room looks good in the photos only at first glance. Everything is poorly made, damaged, and unfinished. Definitely not worth the price. Just look at the pillow.
