El alojamiento ha estado genial. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos, como en casa. El espacio es perfecto para dos adultos y tres preadolescentes. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario, y tanto la calefacción como la ducha han sido excelentes. Además, la terraza es ideal para disfrutar. Sin duda, una estancia muy recomendable.

Nada reseñable negativo; por poner un pequeño inconveniente, un colchón algo blando. El metro está a unos 20 minutos, pero el paseo es agradable, con tiendas, supermercados y mucha vida de barrio.

It's a well equipped stand alone bungalow offering 2 bedrooms and accommodates 4 persons perfectly. We fit in our third child easily, too and there's a sofa to sleep on as well if needed. Beds are comfortable, linen and towels were clean and stainless. Heating worked. Access was easy, a front door was unlocked with a code and keys were stored in lock boxes right behind it. The property looks just like on the pictures, the kitchen is fully functional (including laundry machine, dish washer, gas stove micro wave, air fryer etc.) the only thing missing was scissors, that could be added perhaps in the future. The small house was surrounded by a fence blocking sight and if there was better weather, the terrace and seating area would have been great to relax outside, have lunch, dinner etc.. The house is close to East Ham central park and adjacent streets offer lots of grocery stores. Excel is 30-40 min. away by bus and district line tube is about 10 minutes by bus. The host was responsive when needed (I wasn't familiar with how to lock the doors - pushing the handle UP is nothing we can do in Germany, so make sure you know the technology ;) We'd return as it's a great spacious place at a fair price.

Wir waren eine Woche in London und unser Wunsch war ein kleines Häuschen in dieser Zeit zu bewohnen, wo man im Sommer auch mal raus kann. Genau diesen Wunsch hat das kleine Haus erfüllt. East Ham ist ein multikultureller Stadtteil im Osten Londons. Hier bekommt man auf dem nach Hause Weg alles was man so braucht (Tesco Express, Lidl, diverse indische Take aways). Das Haus war sauber, geräumig und für eine Woche sogar mit Wechselhandtücher ausgestattet. Nachts ist es sehr still im Hinterhof, was wir auch sehr genossen haben. Leo, der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich! Alles in allem: ein perfekter Ort für eine Woche, auch wenn die Inneneinrichtung so überhaupt nichts liebliches, wohnliches hat: es ist alles sehr zweckmäßig.

Das viel zu weiche Bett, aber auch das ist Geschmacksache.
