The agents that handle this property CIS IMMOBILIER are crooks, namely MANON BORDE,who may be the manager. I was promised a parking spot under the neighbouring property.Went there and attempted to open a rusted parking bollard, the key broke in the lock on my second attempt.I told them on the night that I won’t be held responsible for this. 5 days went by and the agency did nothing and there was zero contact, even though they knew that I was forced to park outside. The day after I left they contacted me saying that I will lose my €400 deposit since the repair of the bollard (miraculously) came to that amount. We contacted local handyman to get a quote and I was quoted €210 for the job. Let alone that they didn’t provide parking for my stay but they had the audacity to charge me for equipment that was faulty, also no instructions were given as to how to operate the bollard. I have now escalated the matter with my credit card and their deposit holding institution and will await the outcome. This has completely ruined my holiday and needless to say that I won’t be renting anything if this agency is involved.
