O apartamento e muito bom, localização ótima . Confortável, limpeza ok.
Os vazamentos no apartamento!! embaixo da pia cozinha escorria água , o chuveiro ficava pingando, tinha que fechar registro principal ( o registro fechar o chuveiro estava com defeito). A máquina não centrifuga, o sofá muito sujo. Luz da cozinha queimada .

Localização, limpeza, quadro de funcionários
Vazamento no registro geral de água do banheiro suíte, sofá da sala muito gasto, mesa e cadeiras da copa em más condições. Wi-fi só foi disponibilizado no último dia da estadia

Gostei muito do apartamento e localização. Condomínio muito bom. Houve um problema de vazamento no ar condicionado de um dos quartos (vazamento) , ja foi comunicado à empresa que aluga o imóvel.
Da obrigatoriedade de usar pulseira de plástico com fivela de metal durante todo o período aqui no condomínio. A pulseira incomoda e tenho alergia, assim como meu marido e uma das filhas
