Bardzo dobre miejsce na wypoczynek. Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko z dworca PKP. Bezawaryjna obsługa. Apartament dobrze wyposażony. Właściciel dba o gości. Czyściutko. Wygodne łóżko, wspaniała pościel. Miła niespodzianka na powitanie. Możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania dopełniła całości udogodnień. Polecamy. Wrócimy.

Super apartament na pobyt w Kołobrzegu. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszytko co potrzeba, można poczuć się jak w domu. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Bardzo duży plus za prywatne miejsce w parkingu podziemnym. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Die Nähe zu allen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum Strand, zur Stadtmitte und der persönliche Kontakt.

Die Lage ist direkt gegenüber der Marina. Die Wohnung im 3. Stockwerk ist modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Sogar eine Klappcouch ist vorhanden, um sich auch dort mit einer Familie gut wohlzufühlen. Eine kleine Küchenzeile mit 2 Kochplatten reicht um sich eine Mahlzeit zu bereiten. Das Duschbad hat sogar eine Waschmaschine. Vom großen Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Hafen. Zu Fuß ist alles gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns vorstellen, wiedereinmal dort zu wohnen. Der Kontakt war sehr liebevoll und herzlich.
Es gibt nichts, was uns negativ aufgefallen ist. Leider kann man das Wetter nicht beeinflussen.
