Ausgezeichnete Lage nahezu im Zentrum, trotzdem sehr ruhig
2 verschiedene Ebenen innerhalb der Wohnung, dadurch erschwerte Nutzbarkeit. Darauf gab es keinen Hinweis vor Buchung. In der Küche fehlen Kochlöffel und Flaschenöffner als Basisausstattung. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Ablagemöglichkeit.

Ausstattung insgesamt eher Basic. Günstige Kunstfaser Bettwäsche, kein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, Gebäude sehr hellhörig (Schnarchen aus Appartement unter uns war hörbar bei geschlossenen Fenstern), Weingläser der vorigen Mieter standen unabgewaschen am Küchenschrank. Das Restliche Appartement war sauber geputzt und dürfte relativ frisch renoviert sein.
