Room was really nice, clean, and modern. Great location and good value for money
The building itself, and communal areas were hideous. Bit of a minor issue though.

All appliances were new and worked well. Very centrally located. New furnishings and use of TV. Having a washing machine and kitchen that worked well was really useful.
Slightly dark to get to the main door of the building which can make a solo female traveller a bit nervous, however this is only a 20m stretch from a well lit and central street.

Location - city centred; cozy and comfortable
Entrance is in old building that was not renovated recently; elevator is a tiny one and is not comfortable for larger visitors.

Die Lage
Das Haus ist sehr alt. Treppenhaus ungepflegt. Aufzug ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Schimmel im Bad. Sehr einfaches unbequemes Bett.
