Great interior, good space, good provision of dinnerware and utensils, clean well laundered bedlinen, good quality towels. Welcome supply of tea,coffee and sugar available. Bathroom was nicely appointed and personal care gels and lotions provided. Wall mounted TV in one of the bedrooms. Comfortable sofas. Although on a quite busy road the property was well insulated against traffic noise.

No opening windows in bedrooms - not sure if this meets fire regs but it was also hot and only one relatively weak fan was provided. No information booklet introducing guests to the property and its workings. Mop and bucket and vacuum just parked in the living kitchen - would be better housed in an enclosed cupboard. A few untended to cobwebs but worst of all was dirty clothing from a previous occupant in bedside drawer -ugh! Toilet brush really filthy - only 50p to replace regularly ensuring guests have a nice clean one. Fire alarm hanging off wall. Shower head fixed at approximately 5’7” - a little low down for many adults. Second bedroom a little tight to get around double bed and maybe a chair in the bedrooms would be useful to park clothing and/or bags. Only 3 sofa spaces in lounge in a rental for four people. Quite narrow steps up to front door - not a problem but guests need to be aware. Edging on breakfast bar hanging off. A bit of under cupboard lighting above the kitchen counter would have been helpful when cooking after dark. Lots of old glassware and only one wine glass. It was hard to see that the cooker hob controls went above 3 (the numbers seemed to appear and disappear) not sure why this was? No paper, pens, books, games or up to date local amenity information available which many properties provide. Initially we had a problem accessing the WiFi (the router is downstairs in a shop.)

Very clean, easy to get into, great location and parking available.
