- Clean, comfy, medium sized room.
- Pool, Gym and billards table + tabke soccer and vending machines are nice facilities aswell.
- Extending stay at the morning was no problem.
- Power plug adapters provided.
- Filter attached to the kitchen sink to use it as drinking water.
- Cost per night almost double to what was listed on Booking (123 instead of 74 MYR) due to "taxes and service fees". I'd say both, Booking.com and the host are to blame for that. It is really unpleasant to find out about it after fixing the deal.
- Check-in at the front desk didn't work, I had to call the host
- Laundry machine in the room didn't work, showed an error (hist sent someone to fix it right away though)
- Wifi didn't work
- Dispensers for soap and shampoo in the shower didn't work.
- Aircon was stuck on highest fan speed and the angle of the airflow could not be changed
- ceiling fan only works with a certain light switch activated
- no necessaries like oil or salt in the kitchen
- no power plug in the bathroom (allthough a hairdryer is provided)
- All in all a budget version of the nice and facy residence places you find in KL
