Beautiful property which is well appointed with lots of extras to cater for larger groups. Useful garden to have bbqs and entertain in. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. The property is large enough to host large groups of people without ever feeling like haven’t got your own privacy or space.
We were in Avise during the heat wave of June and even though you could open the windows this was not sufficient to keep you cool or comfortable. It would’ve been beneficial to have access to air con or at least fans ti keep the rooms cool. That said I know that there are very few properties with air con- I believe this is a regional thing.

Top locatie, fijne tuin, ruime kamers en schoon!
Klein minpuntje: in een champagnestreek verwacht je toch mooie champagneglazen en wijnglazen voor de eventuele 6 personen die verblijven.
