    Very good location. Food prices are higher than usual and non-veg is not available here. U have to depend on online services for nen-veg and U have to eat it on disposable plates. Staffs are good and polite enough. Cleanliness and Services at night time should be improved.

    Rooms are clean but congested, staffs are mischievous always forget what asked them to bring for the lunch or dinner. I have booked the room from Agoda but upon reaching there they again asked me to pay and when I show them my payment receipt they asked me wait for the confirmation and it took almost half an hour to confirm and after checking in the room again another staff came to take the screenshot of the payment receipt, think about the situation, you reached your hotel after a stressfu/exhaused day at work and this happening with you. And at the dinner time I have received my order wrong 3 times and bill 5 times. At the time of booking I opted for breakfast included but in the morning breakfast was not received and then I have ordered tea and during checkout they have charged me for the tea. Every time when the staffs were asking for the payments and I showed that the payments has already done then they call their owner and I have to talk to him every single time. My overall experience was worst in my life till now. I am travelling almost every corner of west bengal till date but this much suffering never happened to me. Don't stay at this hotel at all. Stay away from it if you want a peaceful stay.
