Perfect location, surroundings, sauna. Although we never met the host, we perfectly communicated by the phone.

Some furniture like chairs and chair cushions were torn and there should be some kind of bedside table next tho the sofa for those who are sleeping there.

Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Kitchen had stove, fridge, dishwasher and cooking equipment. We had all we needed. Everything was wooden inside like a cabin apartment. I’m glad we rented a car since it was an Easter weekend. The bus stop was close but we didn’t use the buses (I think they were still running but less frequently because of the holiday). Great German restaurant nearby with the playground. There was a sauna downstairs. It had no light inside of the wellness room (I went late evening) so I would go when it’s still light outside. We stayed in the beginning of April so we just opened the windows and it was cool/cold air in the evening/night.

The shower was leaking water but I think it’s just poor design.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist gut, oberhalb Kastelruth gelegen mit tollem Blick auf Kastelruth.

Bereits beim Betreten des Apartments roch es unangenehm. Die Ausstattung war spärlich und das Mobiliar abgenutzt. Der Balkon war sehr dreckig. Auf der sehr harten als Schlafsofa ausgewiesenen Couch fanden wir abends unliebsame Mitbewohner.
