It was large and good for a family.

Good location. Well equipped kitchen and great layout for sharing with friends.

A little bit expensive for an older home. We were unable to locate the keys to open the downstairs windows as it smelt dusty and we experienced hay fever.

Location is great for both car & train travel. The view from the living area is stunning. Kitchen is well equipped for those who like cooking.

House is quite cold in winter (eg thin blinds on the windows) & could do with additional doonas/blankets.

I felt the overall experience quite underwhelming and I have pictures to support my reasons. 1) Ants: There were a number of ants in the house, especially the kitchen pantry. The photos shows this particular jar absolutely littered with them. Ants were also see across the kitchen and even some on the beds. 2) Mold: As per photo the upstairs room with single beds had mold on the roof which was obviously aesthetically unappealing but also the potential health concern breathing that in the bedroom while staying. 3) Missing Keys and Communication: This was touched on previous emails and some was rectified, some not. There were supposed to be a set of keys to open the windows sitting on the kitchen window but they were never found and located. I also prior to the stay asked for some basic knowledge about whether or not the pizza oven paddle available and this was initially told there wasn't based on you asking the cleaner about this question. 4) The Pizza Oven: The pizza oven was found to be not cleaned and still containing ash from the previous user. The photos show the original pizza oven not cleaned and after photo where we added our own new wood and cleaned it. 5)Handtowels: We found only 1 handtowel across all 4 toilets and showers upstairs and downstairs of the house. 6) Bed Slats: The bed slats on the singles bed downstairs were quite troublesome. Multiple times they became removed as per photo based on normal movement or use. Getting out of bed, getting into bed. Sitting on the bed. No major force or roughness was used yet we had multiple problems with it. I think the worst thing is that I emailed this to them privately several days ago and they haven't responded at all and I used the same email while I was communicating with them prior to my stay and they replied immediately so just feels like now that i've paid they don't really care anymore.
