Ok experience over all

3 pools, one with salt water which is amazing for my skin! The staff were so helpful nothing was too much for them. Washing machine was an absolute life saver! Clean property, well stocked and air con was lovely

Air con unit can’t be on when you’re on the balcony as it blows hot air and it’s already hot outside

Wow....the staff are amazing...great communication , friendly and cant do enough for you.so welcoming . The complex and pool are key card access only so it all feels safe and secure, also no access until the pool actually opens so no people reserving beds at 4am! The location is great...shop very close, amazing Indian restaurant near by, bobs cafe next to that great for breakfast....beaches 10minute walk... loads of restaurants near by. Water and wine on arrival was a great start...3 beach towels and apartment towels makes life easier. Air con worked amazingly...shower was nice.honestly would definitely stay again

Unfortunately we had a ground floor and at the end of the block ...there was a gap under our door that let the roaches in...we had to keep a towel there to block them...but NON actually in the apartment living in there...was just finding their way in so a door plastic at the bottom could be beneficial. The beds were a little hard too and the sofa bed kept coming apart in two so my son had to sleep on it as just a normal sofa. Both of these things however would not stop us staying/booking again because there is sooooo many pros and just the couple of cons.

The host was very quick with responses. The apartment given (front room) does not appear in the listing photographs and was very basic. Unfortunately in October there was no sun on balcony at all. No English TV channels. Bathroom nice. Complex is great - lovely pools x 2. Close to loads of pubs/restaurants
