La superficie de l'appartement, sa localisation juste sur la plage de los lances, son parking privatif en sous-sol, ses équipements, la réactivité de notre intermédiaire, sa terrasse vue mer
La climatisation serait un réel plus bien que nous n'ayons pas souffert de la chaleur lors de notre séjour. Un barbecue également si le règlement de copropriété le permet

La ubicación es perfecta pero las vistas desde la terraza son sublimes. La piscina y césped junto al paseo hacen la estancia completa. Que haya plaza de parking es un punto extra a tener en cuenta.
Detalles del interior, del mobiliario, ropa de cama, textil, etc. podrían mejorar.

Excellent view. Easy for town & beach.
Bathroom needs updating. Sealant around shower was dirty and perished.
Small shower head was useless!
Floor next to toilet needs deep clean.
Lots of damp in corner of living room by tv.
Bedroom was completely uninviting. Wardrobe smelt so we didn’t want to hang our clothes in it. Had to live out of our suitcases.
