Sehr angenehmer uns sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Besitzer. Zutritt zur Wohnung mit Erklärvideos per WhatsApp. Antwortet schnell. Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Lage ruhig, trotz Stadtzentrum. Wohnung in einem gepflegte und sauberen Zustand mit normalen Gebrauchsspuren.
