Luxury 1BDR centrally located in Hollywood

​We were absolutely thrilled with this apartment! The location is simply perfect for visiting Los Angeles, right at Sunset & Vine, and incredibly close to fantastic restaurants, a Trader Joe’s, and great nightlife options. ​As a family traveling with a wheelchair user, finding a truly accessible place can be challenging, but this apartment and the entire building are completely wheelchair accessible and barrier-free. A wonderful and rare bonus was finding that the community pool is also equipped with a handicap pool lift/chair, allowing everyone to enjoy the water comfortably! This made our stay incredibly inclusive and stress-free. Just as a quick note for future guests: the apartment features only one bed (it is clearly stated that it is a 1 bedroom apartment) even though it is listed as accommodating up to three people. ​The apartment itself is modern, beautifully bright, and surprisingly quiet, featuring a lovely private balcony that overlooks the pool. It is fully equipped with every single comfort you could possibly need: an oven, microwave, fridge with a proper freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, interactive TV, and excellent Wi-Fi. Having a washer and dryer right inside the unit was the absolute icing on the cake for a completely stress-free stay! ​The bathroom is very spacious, complete with a bathtub and a proper hairdryer. They truly thought of everything—all bed linens and towels are included, and they even provided soap, shampoo, air conditioning, and laundry/dishwasher detergents. Absolutely nothing was missing! ​A massive plus for LA is the complimentary, included secure parking space within the building’s lot, with the entrance located on Leland Way. The building feels very safe and secure, featuring a 24/7 concierge service and electronic key card/code access. ​The self check-in process was also seamless: very clear and detailed instructions are sent via the Booking.com app right before arrival.

Ideally located right near the Hollywood Hills, this was the perfect base for our trip. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. It was beautifully maintained and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We will definitely be back!

Was ein traumhaftes Apartment! Absolute Empfehlung. Nicht nur ein Pinterest Traum, sondern auch ruhig, mit Balkon zum Hof, Fitnessstudio und Hot Tub. Anleitungen zur Schlüsselabholung waren sehr genau mit Fotos, das war sehr hilfreich. Ich hatte einige Fragen zwischendrin, der Gastgeber hat immer schnell geantwortet und mir weitergeholfen. Werde sicher wieder herkommen, wenn ich in LA bin

The apartment was excellent. We had a kitchen and washer/dryer. The hosts were super responsive when we reached out upon arrival. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. There was a Trader Joe's within walking distance. I loved that the parking was included. The location was good. The pool was very nice and the balcony was perfect!

The only thing I would say that was just a minor issue was when we arrived we needed to find the lock box along a fence and my boyfriend took a while to find the correct one. Again minor and not a deal breaker. Everything else was just perfect!
