Location and easy parking
It’s a 3 storey terraced house but the space on the ground floor is utilised at all. No dining table on the living area on 1st floor. No handle on the door of the toilet on the 1sr floor, just a hole in the wood. The house has only 1 bathroom with a bath/shower not 2. The decoration is mostly plain white walls. It’s looking tired and needs some TLC.

The new touch pad lock was great, easy to use, and straightforward. I always panic about keys, so this is definitely a great touch
