Luxury 2 Bedroom Northampton Townhouse with Balcony

Great spacious clean apartment over 2 floors so not on top of each other.

Smooth check in, very comfy, books to read, even has cooking seasoning, no complaints at all

It was in a great location, close to a whole range of shops and restaurants

The place could do with a deep spring clean as it was quite dusty in places

Minor points. No bedside table by double bed. Chair in room far too low…. not required just takes up space.

Not Luxury Not cleaned thoroughly In need of redecorating Hand wash in bathroom upstairs doesn’t work 2 half toilet rolls in bathroom upstairs, one half in the cloakroom downstairs!! No shower wash included Linen and towels need replacing, worn out Bedding not clean Cheap Furniture Mattresses do not fit the beds The shower head is split, water dripping from the head head. No pressure.

It was very spacious, and had everything you could possibly need. Also felt like a home which just made it more comfortable

You can hear other peoples TV and music late at night especially when trying to sleep it can be annoying but that’s out of the hosts control.

We were unable to stay here due to the condition of the property

Place was dirty, hadn't been cleaned, oven full of Lamb fat, nothing had been cleaned. We were extremely disappointed and agreed with the owner that we would not be able to stay there. We had to rent another hotel. Although booking.com has given us a voucher, we've yet to be able to have our money returned. Unfortunately booking.com has stopped replying to requests and so the owner.

I loved having a key code. It was useful because we forgot the keys in the property one day!

The communication was okay as it was a last-minute booking. He apologised for not answering the phone but did get back to me but it was a little like someone had just left that morning and no one had been behind them. Was hoping for a drive when he said you could park outside, but had to park on the path Which when you have a newish car you are worried about it getting hit so so we unpacked and when you go through room by room and by the time we got to the bathroom, it was a disaster in which in that time we couldn’t leave and just had to ride it out so both sets of stairs were really creaky. The front room was the tidiest. The rug was a bit stain the kitchen there was no box greeting box like you see in the pictures one rusty tray that we had to use for the oven in the oven won’t clean in one of the pictures in which I’ll show there was a really bad Dripping tap that they’ve obviously used a cloth to try and hold it back but didn’t work. The fridge wasn’t spotless and had stuff left in it. There was no toaster no plug in the sink to wash up even though there was fairly liquid. There was no bowl and then when we went to load the dishwasher up where you put the tablet There was no cover to hold the tablet in. There was a broken broom on the floor. The cupboards could’ve done with a wipe where all your glasses and mugs are in the front room when we arrived there was patio doors which led onto a little balcony. There was no key in it and they were unlocked and there were no other keys apart from the front door key which wasn’t good with a little one. I had to ask where they kept the hairdryer as when I went to look for one because we did not travel with one, it wasn’t in the box he said it should be or in one of the drawers next to the beds if not someone must’ve took it sorry but then after when we went into the bathroom, I decided not to shower the next day and wait until we got home the two single beds weren’t too bad. They do look very old and a bit plucked.

The property was very nice and comfortable. There was a local shop, restaurant and takeaways within a 10 min walk. There seemed to be plenty of parking available in the close vicinity of the property.

We were only there for one night, so had everything we really needed. But if we were staying for longer, then some tea towels and a washing up bowl would be useful.

A fab find - we needed a 'home from home' for our autistic children so they had their own space. The property is a new build end of terrace so modern, and because it's end of terrace, also quiet which was a concern before we arrived. We didn't hear a peep - partly because of the layout being slightly different to a typical terrace. lots of space for bags etc, Decor is modern but homely and off-street parking. A really lovely property for a family stay.

I gave Cameron a call, and he explained the process to enter the property which was really simple. The property was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, had lots of personal touches and everything we could possibly need. I visited with 2 friends and it was perfect. We will definitely book again for our next catch-up!

The property was a good size and was in a good location. Was great for a small family.

The property was overall good just needed things such as kitchen tissues and the toilet seat was wobbly on one of the toilets. But nothing bad to report

Absolutely stunning apartment, had everything you could possibly need. The owner was great at keeping in contact making checking in and out really easy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Excellent location and great facilities/well equipped. Excellent communication, very friendly and helpful.

Just a personal preference, we found the beds too soft for us, but not a fault of the property, only that we are used to a very firm mattress
