How thoughtful the staff was to have little things such as refillable dishwasher, liquid, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, dish washer tablets, and laundry detergent. The level of thoughtfulness and detail is like nothing I have ever seen. Even water at arrival. The service here is at high end hotel level. The state of the house and how everything looks brand new. How the house is well equipped in the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Everything needed is available, and good quality, including a hair dryer, cutlery, everything you need, and very complete and good condition sets. How clean the house was, I could go on. Everything was nice, comfortable and the property is very well preserved. How nice and easy was the check-in and check out. I am impressed really I have to say. Also, a damage in the sofa happened by the previous guests, and I was immediately informed at check-in, just showingthe integrityof the owners. .

There's not much I can think of. the only thing is that the balcony doors are damaged and don't lock. That's the only thing. I pulled the shutters fully down, and it was closed (not left open), but I would rather have them being able to lock when I leave.
