Little Havana Apartment by Wonderful Italy

Remek elhelyezkedés, könnyen megközelíthető, jó ár-érték arány, jó felszereltség.

A matrac túl puha volt számunkra, jelenleg elég hűvös volt a lakásban, a párás kissé dohos levegő a lakásban valamint a fűrdőszobai lefolyó közel áll a duguláshoz.

The checking in process was absolutely ridiculous. This is an intense process having to send all IDs and sign a contract with Wonderful Italy. After booking for 4 adults we were informed we cannot stay there as they had changed the accommodation description and removed photos from the original listing to accommodate only 2 adults. We were told we should apply for a refund 24 hours before we were due to arrive there and 99% of properties in Bari were already booked. Wonderful Italy (the managers of the property) then acknowledged their fault 6 hours later, after I had booked an Airbnb property, I then had to cancel the Airbnb property. Upon arrival we saw the property was altered to welcome only two adults. Thankfully I found clean sheets and towels in a cupboard. It was very stressful and time consuming, ruining the start of our holiday. I DO NOT RECOMMEND as it's management by 'Wonderful Italy' is very poor. I spoke to a nice lady from Wonderful Italy, she was not at fault, I believe it is their system.
