Exquisite Art Deco 2BR Apartment Prime Location

The apartment was very spacious. Nice big bedrooms and good kitchen. The lounge was great and felt very open plan. The apartment is within good walking distance to all areas.

The bath with shower in feels very unsteady and leaks. But we did manage. The shower room is very small. But for a short stay it was ok.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment in a quiet and convenient location. Elena was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed her. The building itself is quite old, so the exterior may not look very appealing at first, but once inside the apartment, everything is much nicer.

The main downside for us was the bathroom facilities. The shower and the second toilet are in a very narrow space, making them quite difficult to use. The second toilet was particularly small, to the point that we could barely enter it, so we ended up not using it. In the main bathroom, the bathtub was not stable and moved when used. There were also gaps around the sides, which caused water to get onto the floor. We would also recommend replacing the shower curtain, as it had developed an unpleasant smell from use.

Appartement is well located in central Bucharest, spacious, nice decoration, well equipped, clean, check-in was easy, A/C in every room, quiet building.

The building courtyard floor is damaged and there are no lights, be careful where you step. No Nespresso machine, only classic coffee machine and no filters, so a bit unpractical.

The apartment was overall tidy, nicely decorated and located in a very nice area in Dorobanți. It was spacious and had enough space for 4-person family to stay.

There was a strong sewage smell in the apartment - in fact so strong, that one night it triggered the gas alarm in the kitchen while we were sleeping. We had to call a fire department to check if everything would be OK in the house since we did not know the initial source of the alarm. In the end, there was not gas leakage but the likely source of the alarm were the sewage gases (also not very good). The host was not very responsive/helpful, not even when I contacted her of the fire department incident. During the time of our visit, wifi connection also did not work at all and even though I requested the host to fix the issue right after our arrival, I got a reply to my request only day before our departure. Not OK. In addition, the kitchen had only two forks during our stay, even though we were four persons, and there was not that many rolls of toilet paper for 5 nights stay. There could be also more pillows in beds in the bedrooms: the ones provided were thin and not of good quality.
