民宿回覆的速度非常快，而且非常有禮貌，離花火大會的會場很近，附近的機能也很好，有很多餐廳和便利商店，樓下就有locker和自動販賣機可以使用，房間很大又敞亮，附有三合一的烤箱、微波爐和燒烤機，非常方，雖然是民宿，但還是有把隔天的備品放在門口供我們替換，非常貼心。
請注意！這間民宿無論是哪個角度，都不可能可以看到完整的海，請各位不要加購海景房當冤大頭。我就是加購了海景房才覺得蠻失望的，但因為是花火大會期間訂的房間，我也不想在當下反應什麼。

広くてゆったりとしており、内装も綺麗でした。トイレやシャワーも清潔感があり、全体としてとても過ごしやすかったです。素泊まりの気楽さと、海からすぐの立地で、こどもとの海水浴にぴったりでした。また、流れるプールやスパ、ウォータースライダーなどもあるマリンスパあたみへも徒歩圏内で、海だけでなく、プールもたっぷり楽しめました。スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で、スタッフが常駐していないとこのとでしたが、とても安心感がありました。こどももとても気に入っていました。また利用したいと思います。
廊下や階段がもう少し明るいと良いなと思いました。

立地が便利だった点
宿泊客の階段の上り下りの音が結構大きかったのが残念でした。 あとは、洗面台が別であるとよかったです。
