    Good wifi. Good aircon. Free 2btls mineral water 500ml. Must ask front office. Far from airport. Only stayed here since i have to do something nearby.

    I specifically booked a room with a king-size bed, which is why I chose to pay ₱1,200 instead of the ₱799 promotional rate. However, upon arrival, I was informed that only a double-size bed was available. When I asked for clarification, the front desk staff responded in an unpleasant and unaccommodating manner, offering no clear explanation. We then inquired about possible alternatives, hoping for a better option that would match what we originally paid for. Unfortunately, instead of providing a solution, we were charged an additional ₱400 for an extra bed and pillow, despite the issue arising from the unavailability of the room type we had initially booked and paid for. This experience was disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
