This unit is located on the 3rd floor, with direct gulf views. The Breakers condominium is located in a great location just west of Hwy 161 in Orange Beach, Alabama. The complex is an 8 story, 32 unit, low density, mid-rise condominium complex. The balcony features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The complex is located in a great location, between two large shopping centers that offers numerous grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and pharmacies. The complex offers a large gulf front outdoor pool and beautiful grass courtyard that is perfect for kids.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Peace of Mind: This property is safe, sanitized, and ready for you! Rest assured guest's health and safety is our top priority. We use commercial grade sanitation products and change out quilts and shams in between each stay so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries.

The primary guest booking is required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement. Renter must be 25 or older, present at check-in, and staying in the unit. No refunds for reservations made under false pretenses.

Great location- walking distance to restaurants. The condo had great views. I’m a big bed snob and that master bed was so comfortable! One suggestion, have better instructions on how to use the TVs. They didn’t work in either bedroom.

The condo was perfect. Clean and easy to check in. We loved the location. There were some restaurants in walking distance. We were right on the beach and the pool was right below us, but wasn’t noisy at all. I wake up early, so l would go out and walk the beach and watch the sun rise and Starbucks is right across the road so l would stop there on my way back…it was perfect. And Ron Jon surf shop (among other’s but it’s our favorite) was just a short drive. Plenty of stores and restaurants around on one side but on the other side was the beach and ocean 💙 Definitely will be coming back.
