To heat the pool, it is an additional $35/day. It will be heated to a very comfortable temperature of 85* degrees if added to your reservation. The heater runs from 8am to 8pm.
Please note, Due to the size of the pool, the temperature can vary depending on the outdoor temperature (it may not reach peak temperature on colder days). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like the pool heated by your arrival.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a starter pack of essentials, including:
1 paper towel roll
2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom
3 dish pods
3 laundry pods
3 trash bags
1 new sponge
Coffee: 5 K-cups or 2 bags of ground coffee

This property was great! The house was beautiful (even better than the pictures). We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that there was a highchair and pack and play for our 18 month old!

We had a few disappointments but an overall good experience. We spent very little time at the house as we had a very busy schedule out to the beaches, ball games, and activities with family and friends.

The house itself was adorable. It was very adequate for our family of 9 including three young children. It was clean and decorated nicely. We especially enjoyed the floor plan that allowed for a bathroom for each queen bedroom. We were also very pleased that the host was willing to provide a high chair for our little one during our stay.
We were disappointed with a couple things during our stay, namely that the host would not allow us to cancel after hurricanes Helene and Milton ravaged the Sarasota area. The house seemed to survive the storm other than the backyard fencing that was torn down in several places. Luckily, a few of the local beaches reopened a few days before our trip, but not much else was open in terms of excursions, such as the zoo, aquarium, children’s garden, playgrounds, etc. In addition, the kitchen was not “fully stocked” as it was described in the listing and had only the bare minimum necessities. Also, we were constantly battling the thermostat, which would automatically go up to 78 degrees at night while we were sleeping unless we woke up at odd hours of the night to crank it down.
Overall, we enjoyed the property and the area. However, we would have preferred to reschedule our visit during a time when the city wasn’t devastated by hurricane damage.
