Large estate. Trying to modernize but a nice place for a retreat with Family.

Perfect location for us and easy to get around. The house was spotless when we arrived. The house is huge and we did not need that much space. But location for us. The pool was beautiful and was cleaned the day after we arrived although we did not use it. Quiet neighborhood. Regular coffee pot and i brought k-cups. Worked it out. Again nice stay.

I was very uncomfortable with the a renter living in one of the bedrooms and extremy uncomfortable with the cameras inside the house in the hallway by the bedroom and bathrooms. Most of the house had signs that this part of the bathroom was out of order. Very strange.

House was dirty, linens dirty, roaches dead on floor, multiple light fixtures not working, dirty dishes, dirty fridge, yard needed a lot of work, floors needed to be swept and moped, showers dirty, toilets not flushing well then eventually backed up into shower and coming from non-working tub, broken blinds, random people coming in and out of property, not to mention the people living in the back room that is not mentioned any where...

An Uber dropped me off abd the last want ever it was supposed to be; never located. The house advertised a pool, which was green with scum. There was dog feces in the yard along with four vehicles that I assumed were people that hadn't checked out at my check-in time. I wasted time and money with that house. I expectied a full refund and have been denied. I sent VRBO pictures of the pool, the vehicles still at the residence, and the dog feces at the time of my "check-in" and an investigatipn was initiated. I had tried to reach the owner for a let location, which was given to me by VRBO staff. After i had given VRBO my intent to cancel, the owner came me and I told him i had canceled and he did "Great". VRBO send me an email today stating they would not honor my cancelation. Unbelievable.
