About this house rental
Atypical accommodation on the banks of the Ernée and at the gates of Laval.
Come and relax to the rhythm of the sound of the river in an old water mill of 130 m2 and for 6 people.
The accommodation includes:
- 3 bedrooms/6 beds with the possibility of 6 beds of 80/200 or 3 beds of 160/200.
It's up to you to tell us what you want before your arrival (at least 24 hours before please).
- 1 living/dining room with fireplace.
- 1 small relaxation room.
- 1 equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher).
- 1 bathroom.
- 1 shower room.
- 2 toilets.
- 1 courtyard of 500 m2 surrounded by the river. Access via a walkway from the living room.
- 1 small garage to store bicycles, canoes or other equipment (on request).
It is strongly advised to come only with children who can swim.
All linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels) and the beds will be made on arrival.
Independent and autonomous entrance with key box system.
Location:
Laval at 8km, towpath of the Mayenne at 3km (reaches Laval by Bike). A81 motorway at 8km. Zone des Touches at 10km.
1 hour from Rennes, 1 hour from Le Mans, 1 hour 20 minutes from Angers, 1 hour 20 minutes from Mont St Michel, 2 hours 30 minutes from Paris Porte de St Cloud.
Passage of 2 hikes of 12 and 14 km.
