No pets are permitted.
Care of the home
Please report damage or other issues as soon as possible.
Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
After using the kitchen, please wash dishes, utensils, and cookware and return them to their proper places.
Access and safety
Please allow the owner or an authorized representative reasonable access to the home with advance notice when practical. In an emergency or urgent situation, access may be needed without advance notice.
Lock the doors and windows when leaving. Please do not engage the bottom lock.
Keep valuables secure and do not leave them unattended.

We were in Clarksville for a mission and needed a convenient place to stay. The villa worked well for our needs since we were just grabbing a few hours of sleep and showers.
The furniture and beds need upgraded, very cheap.
The villa needs overall deep cleaning, mold evident on walls and shower.
Also a coffee pot would be nice, we left one that we had purchased so hopefully they dont throw it away.
Overall a nice stay and very convenient to downtown Clarksville.
