POOL HEATER: $40 per day.
1-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
2-Temperature will not exceed 86F.
3-Should be requested 24hrs in advance.
4-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASES
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.
Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Lizards, mosquitoes, Palmetto bugs and ants are a part of Florida's nature and quite common in the area. We have professional Pest Control inspecting and treating all our properties, however, mother nature can be more powerful. Please keep doors and windows closed and all food concealed and closed.

You don’t find out that the home is minimally stalked with typical household items until the day of so you must shop for even toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags as an example.There is a ‘gaming station’ but no actual system to connect to to play video games. I guess you need to travel with an Xbox or PlayStation??Also, we paid 90 for a 2 hour later check out but our host allowed the next booked guests to drop their luggage in the backyard and they just hung out and were in our space after we asked them to leave multiple times. My husband went to change clothes and 5 ppl were looking in the window!!I asked for a refund of the 90 but did not receive it. Very disappointed about that lack of hospitality to us regarding losing our privacy for the two hours we paid for.
