Listen to the birdsong, rest in complete privacy away from the city noise, and enjoy a corner all to yourself. The property is far from the hustle and bustle of the beaches but relatively close to Praia do Forte (25km), Guarajuba (15km), and Jacuipe (6km).
The garden has a small barbecue area and a private swimming pool with jacuzzi and waterfall.
The house has one bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and floor fan, and the other with a bunk bed, queen bed, air conditioning, and fan. The living room/kitchen is spacious. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, blender, pressure cooker, washing machine, popcorn maker, salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil, and all necessary utensils.
Our architectural design was conceived with our privacy and that of our guests in mind; guest access is individualized, as are the garden and pool. We live on the second floor but have our own entrance and garden. The parking lot has capacity for 3 cars and is located outside the house. The neighborhood where we live is quiet and safe, with few neighbors.
We are fully available to help and guide you in any way necessary and to provide guests with any missing items, should we have them in stock.
If you don't have a car and there are only a maximum of 3 people, we are happy to give you a ride from the Jacuipe bus stop and, if possible, take you to the beaches and show you around the region.
There are a few small grocery stores nearby.
The Wi-Fi is excellent, the mobile network is a bit unreliable. We offer special discounts for digital nomads, single people, couples, people on the autism spectrum, antisocial individuals, or members of other marginalized communities such as LGBTQI+. We welcome naturists.
