About this house rental
A 200 m walk from the Provencal village of St Saturnin les Apt, you will enjoy a house completely renovated in November 2023, in a garden of more than 1500 m2 with trees including a magnificent cedar.
The south-facing terrace will allow you to spend time around a table and relax in the sun loungers at your disposal.
The heated swimming pool (7 x 3 m) in the off-season from mid-April and September (if required) and October will be welcome. Construction March 2024.
A few steps will allow you access to the house and the terrace.
A beautiful living room open to the fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with direct access through bay windows onto the terrace, a lounge area with TV, wifi, board games and reading. Reversible air conditioning
On the night side, a corridor with storage cupboard, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm), dresser, dressing room, a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), dresser, dressing room.
Each room is equipped with reversible air conditioning and mosquito nets.
In the adjoining garage but not communicating with the house, a laundry area (washing machine) and storage space for bicycles.
The village will offer you all the local shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, bar, restaurants, Provencal market every Tuesday morning).
You will find on APT, 8 kms, several supermarkets, and the largest Provencal market in the department every Saturday morning all year round.

We were the first guests at this lovely Gite in a spectacular location. Our hosts were very responsive to those first few things you don't notice when you open a rental. St. Saturnin les Apt is one of the most wonderful towns in the Luberon and I will be back.
