This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is located on the second floor with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen has a beautiful custom island with comfortable dining chairs. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a fresh and delicious family meal. The spacious living room with large flat screen TV is perfect for relaxing while gazing out at the ocean through the glass patio doors. You can also relax on the private terrace and enjoy the breathtaking sunset while sipping on a cocktail.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, walk in closet, in suite bathroom and private patio with amazing views. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV and in suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV and private bathroom. All beds have brand new mattresses and luxury linens.
Cool off in the beautiful shared infinity edge pool while admiring the view or relax on a chaise lounge in the shade with a good book.
The complex is gated with private parking (1 vehicle) and 24 hour security.
Our property has free parking for 1 vehicle. Please note, a rental car is recommended since the property is on a relatively steep hill overlooking Tamarindo.

Beautiful unit with amazing views! The host welcomed us with champagne, a CR tote bag and delicious sour dough bread from a local restaurant (we found them and bought a second loaf, Refugio)! The unit is very nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need and we did enjoy having a grill (I noticed most units don't have one). The water pressure is low as I saw in other reviews and can be on the less hot side when showering which didn't bother us too much. The road up to the complex is steep, but not as steep as expected based on reviews, and very bumpy. We rented ATV's for the week and I would highly recommend that or a 4x4 SUV or off road golf cart. We would definitely stay again if we return to Tamarindo.

Great communication with the host, very prompt responses. Properly was extremely clean, fully equipped with everything you’d need. Amazing welcome gift in our arrival which was so appreciated and used! The main standout was the patio- we spent most of our time there with stunning views and beautiful sunsets every night. Also bird and monkey watching from patio was entertaining

This condo is beautiful. Amazing furnishings and stocked very well. The view can't be beat at the top of the hill overlooking the beach providing amazing sunsets. Recommend to have a vehicle to go up/down the hill as the road is mostly dirt road and at a steep pitch. Check out rental golf carts or 4-wheelers for fun options. The unit has its own hot water tank which like many properties is not very big. Had some cool showers but don't let that deter you from this amazing condo. The views alone should put this place at the top of your list for your stay.
