BONNIE BLISS is a 3 bedroom neat and comfortable holiday shack on the esplanade that accommodates up to 9 guests. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach!
Kitchen with separate fridge and freezer, microwave, freestanding electric stove/oven/grill, Caffitaly coffee pod machine (BYO pods), kettle, toaster, sandwich press, blender, rice cooker, slow cooker, deep fryer.
Living area with 2.5 and 2 seater lounges, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, coffee table, TV-non smart, Sanyo HiFi system - MP3-USB-CD, variety of books and games.
Bathroom with vanity, shower & w/c. No washing machine.
Undercover front deck with seating, large undercover rear deck with outdoor setting, small outdoor fridge, industrial freestanding fan, hooded gas BBQ, fish cleaning facility, crab rakes and tub.

Property on rain water - no mains water
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - double, bed 2 - 2 x singles, bed 3 - 1 bunk plus tri-bunk - single on top double on bottom.

James Well is a small coastal settlement just south of Ardrossan, overlooking beautiful Gulf St Vincent.
Located approximately two hours drive from Adelaide, James well is popular with families for fishing, crabbing and as a great base to explore Yorke Peninsula.
There is a walking trail between James Well and Rogues Point to Pine Point, which is part of the Walk The Yorke trail.
James Well has a cement boat ramp for the fishing enthusiasts, suitable for launching at high tide only or you can head to nearby Ardrossan which has an all-weather boat ramp, from which you can launch at all times.
There are no shops in James Well but it’s only a short drive to Ardrossan which has a hotel, supermarket, butcher and much more.

Frontage and position of property very good.
Unfortunately inside of property damp mouldy smell. Difficult to open windows.. did manage to open one lounge window. Accomodation dated but clean and tidy.
Email quite unwelcoming for key safe instructions for our Yorke Peninsula accomodation.
