From time to time, you may notice a friendly face—there’s a separate private suite located behind the duplex, and our garage is used only by staff for operations. Rest assured, we deeply respect your time and space. Our team is always nearby if you need us, but we’ll never intrude on your stay.

The property was very good overall. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were large and comfortable. There was a large living room with a very comfortable couch and large TV and each of the bedrooms have Roku TVs that were large and mounted.Check-in was very easy once we inquired about the keypad code. We had some issues operating the heat and coffee maker, but the owners were very responsive and said they will look into them and were very gracious about our suggestions. The house is close to Mount Dora, but not within walking distance. It is only a short five minute ride away so that wasn’t an issue, but it is just something you should be aware of.

We thought it was a closer walk to downtown. Guest bed very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise cute place.
